The Handul Bar

- The handul bar is made of aircraft grade aluminum alloy. It is very strong and very light weighing less than 1 pound.
- Telescopic to fit many different people and can be used for a variety of exercises.
- Sliding handles to accommodate for front planks and padding against walls for our overhead athlete series.
- Comfortable handles to provide appropriate feel during exercises.

- When exercising with the handul bar, apply pressure gradually like you’re pushing on a gas pedal.
- Work to a muscle burn and fatigue, not to sharp pain or numbness/tingling.
- Can be used for Isometric or Isotonic Exercise.
- Pairs great with biofeedback and objective muscle testing like Dynamometers.
